Roman has over 5 years of experience as a formwork carpenter. He worked in this profession mainly in Austria, building housing estates, schools and shopping malls. He has been creating concrete components in a Belgian factory for 2 months. Ceilings, walls and other concrete elements are manufactured there. Roman is motivated and eager to work. He reads technical drawing and speaks German at a communicative level. He is experienced in working with traditional and system formwork (PERI, DOKA). He is also licensed to operate forklifts.
At work, he gives his best to meet the expectations of the supervisor. The most motivating thing at work for him is long-term employment in one company. He would like to be associated with a company for many years. He is a good team worker and is flexible when needed.

After work, there is not much time left for Roman for his hobbies. In his spare time, when he is in Poland, he rides his cross motorcycle. He spends most of his time fishing, since it is his favorite thing to do when he wants to relax and calm down.
