Leszek is a very experienced carpenter and knows how to work on roofs. He is the owner of a construction company for almost 30 years and he has carried out construction works in Poland, Germany, Luxembourg and Norway. He has extensive contacts with manufacturers and suppliers of building materials in the north-west of Poland. He works with designers and building inspectors. He simultaneously runs several construction projects. He deals with the construction of single-family houses. He is an expert in carpentry, as a construction carpenter he can build various wooden structures,
roofing material, assemble doors and windows, install wooden staircases. He is an excellent formwork and furniture carpenter as well. He also has experience as a roofer and a finishing worker (both interior and exterior works). Leszek is a self-confident person, he knows the value of his skills. He is responsible, conscientious and communicative. He is perfect as a supervisor and leader. He independently conducts construction investments, reads construction projects and knows the construction and operation of carpentry, construction and surveying machinery. He also has knowledge of traditional and modern building technologies and materials. He has the ability to manage a team of people on a construction site and organise both his own and his employees' work. He quickly establishes good relations with other employees and, in addition, he is diligent, independent, responsible and has no criminal record. He possesses quality and technology certificates in the field of modern building materials. He has experience in working in Poland and abroad. He is open to learning new solutions and innovations in the construction and renovation process.
