Jarosław (JS02)

Jarosław works as a construction carpenter for 13 years. He had run his own construction services and built wooden houses throughout Poland, France and Norway. He always performs his work quickly and precisely. In addition, he is a very good interior finishing worker, including tasks like tiling and assembling roofing felt. He speaks English at B1 level and has started learning Norwegian. He has many other useful abilities: excellent work with technical drawings, skilful use of building materials and professional usage of power tools.
Despite his professional experience and even running his own company, Jarosław knows that the last sentence belongs to the boss and should be followed. He eagerly talks about various solutions during work to understand the other person's point of view and grasp the action plan. He draws a lesson from such conversation, which will allow him to work as expected by his supervisor. Jarosław is a person devoted to work and the company in which he works. He is a communicative person. He is looking for a job for a longer period of time.
