Grzegorz (GM01)
Grzegorz is a steel fixer with over 13 years of experience in the profession. Right after vocational school he started work as a plumber. Then he used to work as a shop assistant on the petrol station. Finally he started working in the Format company as a steel fixer and he has been working in this profession until now.
Grzegorz used to work in Germany, Finland, Sweden and Norway. He performed works on construction site and worked in factory in concrete components production.
Grzegorz has permissions to work at heights and to work with scaffoldings, also safety and tools course.
He has also started learning of English recently. He can use basic statements and he is able to communicate with coworkers.
Grzegorz appreciates work in Scandinavia, because of cordiality and atmosphere in the work. After that what he experienced while working in Norway he would like to continue his work there until his retirement and to contribute to success of company, where he works in.

Skills
Grzegorz has extensive experience as a formwork carpenter and a steel fixer. He can set various reinforcements fast and precisely, and he can read technical drawing. In addition he is not only very good team worker, but also independent if it is needed.
Grzegorz during one of projects was building four swimming pools, including one olympic. This was hard and demanding project, because it required high precision and unusual approach to work, because of various rounding and slants. Final effect was very good, thanks to lots of work, which he put in to the project.

Currently Grzegorz is interested in learning of English the most. He spends every free moment on it. He loves to read books, he does not limit himself to one genre, he enjoys every book. Additionally his another one hobby is history, since antiquity to second world war times. Before going abroad to work on projects, he enjoyed to read about history of country, which he was going to.
